Three jobs. That's all there is.
Set up your church once. Then each Sunday, go live during the service and send the recap after it.
Set up your church
One screen, two fields, and you're in.
- 1
Type your church's name.
It's printed on every video.
- 2
Pick your main language.
Live captions listen for this language.
- 3
Check the time zone, then press Set up the church.
- 4
Add the names your pastor says.
In Settings, under Names and words for live captions, so captions spell them right.
- 5
Invite the people who run Sunday.
Under Who works here, type their email and press Invite.
Go live on Sunday
Every phone in the room reads the sermon in its own language.
- 1
On the soundboard computer, open Live captions.
- 2
Pick the microphone that carries the pastor.
The bar under it moves when it hears them.
- 3
Check the spoken language, then press Go live.
- 4
Press Show code on the screen to put the code up front.
Members scan it, and each phone picks its own language. The sermon arrives sentence by sentence.
- 5
When the service ends, press Stop.
Send the recap
The same day, everyone who missed it gets the service back in their own language.
- 1
Open New sermon and drop in the recording.
A YouTube or Drive link works too.
- 2
Name it, and pick the languages to make it in.
- 3
Pick a narrator for each language.
Press play to hear one first. It's a library voice, never your pastor's.
- 4
Press Start.
You can close the tab. It keeps going without you.
- 5
Look over the plan, then press Make the videos.
Nothing is voiced until you OK it. Leave out any part you don't want.
- 6
When it's ready, press Copy link and send it to your church.
